The longitudinal arch pad offers support to the medial arch helping to control excessive pronation.
Made from the same visco-elastic material as the insole, their "tacky" nature allows them to be fixed to the underside of the insole allowing you to make custom made orthotics.
Re-positioning is simple if required.
